Privacy policy
This document is a translation for informational purposes. In the event of any discrepancies between this English version and the original Russian text, the Russian version shall prevail and govern.
Effective as of 28 April 2026. This policy applies to the website at https://en.rf4-stat.ru (the “Service”).
1. General
This privacy policy (“Policy”) describes how RF4-STAT processes and protects personal data of Service users.
The data controller is sole proprietor Khaliullov Robert Azatovich (TIN 732896957021; e-mail: admin@rf4-stat.ru), address: Republic of Adygea, Takhtamukaysky district, Novaya Adygea settlement (“Controller”).
By using the Service, including registering an account, contacting us, or subscribing to communications (where available), you acknowledge this Policy. If you disagree, you should stop using the Service.
2. Data we process
Depending on how you use the Service, the Controller may process:
- account data: email address, nickname, and social login identifiers as provided by the authentication provider;
- technical data: IP address, browser and device type, request timestamps, cookies, session identifiers;
- content you submit (for example comments and posts in user areas) where such features exist;
- other information you voluntarily provide via feedback or support forms.
3. Purposes and legal bases
Personal data is processed to:
- provide Service features and perform agreements (including the public offer) (Art. 6(1)(b) of Federal Law No. 152-FZ where applicable under Russian law);
- protect the Service and prevent abuse (Controller’s legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) analogs or local equivalent);
- send service notifications and respond to enquiries;
- run analytics and improve the Service (cookies and similar technologies, subject to your browser settings and applicable law).
4. Cookies and analytics
The Service may use cookies and similar technologies for sessions, language preferences, and aggregated visit statistics (including third-party tools such as Yandex.Metrica or Google Analytics if enabled).
You can limit or disable cookies in your browser; some features may not work correctly.
5. Sharing with third parties
The Controller does not sell personal data. Disclosure may occur to:
- processors acting on the Controller’s instructions (hosting, email delivery, analytics) under contracts and only for stated purposes;
- competent authorities where required by law.
The Controller does not collect or store bank card details. Payment data is handled on secure pages of payment aggregators.
The Controller may transfer data across borders when using foreign analytics tools or operating global versions of the Service.
6. Retention
Account data is kept until you delete the account or withdraw consent where applicable, unless a longer period is required by law or dispute resolution. Server logs and de-identified analytics may be kept for limited periods needed for security and statistics.
7. Security measures
The Controller applies organisational and technical measures appropriate to the Service to reduce risks of unauthorised access, loss, or alteration of personal data.
8. Your rights
Subject to applicable law (including 152-FZ where it applies), you may request access, rectification, blocking, deletion, withdraw consent where processing is consent-based, or object as permitted. Contact admin@rf4-stat.ru; please include the account-related contact where possible.
9. Policy updates
The Controller may update this Policy. The current version is published on the privacy policy page. Material changes may also be announced in the Service interface where feasible.
